The International Workshop Competition "Art Without Borders - 2013" was attended by 51 authors from many different countries: Bulgaria, Russia, Malaysia and others. The competition was held in the largest Festa hotel on the Black Sea - Festa Panorama in Nessebar. There were 26 participants who painted live and up to 27 September had to paint two works, while 25 were those who participated with manufactured products requiring a long time to make.
Formal greetings did Academician Nikola Manev - chairman of the jury, Maria Lyubenova - manager of Art Visa Bulgaria and Luba Arnaudova - manager of Festa Panorama Hotel.
