Sofia - a center of fairy stories, touch with the sea, with the nature, mystical, emotional and beautiful in our lives. "Touch" - this is the motto under which was opened elegant ladies exhibition that promised to tell five different fairy tales. The artistic walk started with the opening of the exhibition "Five Sea Fairy Tales" and the start was placed on September 18, 2014, at 18.30 hours, at Art Gallery "Industrialna 11", 11, Industrialna Str., Sofia. The works of five ladies artists took the residents and visitors of the capital city, and all connoisseurs to the infinite and fabulous way of art.
Participants in the color and artistic event were the artists: Rosalia Lefedjiiska and Elitsa Karabashlieva from Varna, Emilia Nikolova from Burgas, Svetla Dimitrova from Sozopol and artist of mosaics Milka Botusheva from Sliven. Each of them has her own artistic history, has walked her artistic career in a different way, and that makes the works of authors unconventional, recognizable and touching.
The works of the artists was united by the magic called Sea - their eternal and true inspiration, friend and provocateur pier of their constant efforts, and of the continuing aspiration for creating beautiful, colorful, exciting and emotional sea tales. The four "Sea" artists recreated their vision through different life stories, by searching the new and provocative, the mystical and unusual, the beautiful and striking and and the fifth of them Milka Botusheva by her beautiful and expressive mosaic was a natural extension of their seaside impulse towards beauty and grace.
Each of the participants promised to tell her own story, to bring us into her personal, magical, romantic, colorful and unique world. Elitsa Karabashlieva carried away by the magic of watercolor, Rozalia Lefedjiiska and Emilia Nikolova were "dressed" with fine paintings and delicate female characters that transforming finesse and softness of the female form in emotions, grace and romance. Svetla Dimitrova surprised with her bold entry into the deepest depths of the sea, with her desire to interweaves scenes and plots, modernity and acute sense, mysticism and creative excitement.
The tale continued in colorful, unique and memorable mosaics of Milka Botusheva who in her own unique way weaved into the seas and rivers, mountains and fields, patterns and colors - playful, teasing, soulful, true - same as the stones from which she creates her mosaic tales.
Rosalia, Elitsa, Emilia Svetla and Milka promised a memorable visit, a new touch to the Sea Magic, Woman Magic, Nature Magic, a life story with good characters, an emotional and spiritual delight - as can be presented only by the true artists, those who work not only with yheir hands but with heart and soul, and they performed it impressively.
The exhibition "Five Sea Fairy Tales" gave the art lovers an opportunity to enjoy more than 60 paintings and mosaics. Artistic event continued until September 30, 2014.
The exhibition was opened by the famous Bulgarian artist Rumen Statkov.
The exhibition is a part of Art House "EmiliaArt" project "When Women Create, Cities Come Alive".
