A charity exhibition entitled "Spring Hopes" was opened last night at the exhibition halls "Rafael Mihailov" in the old Bulgarian capital by the artist Emilia Nikolova. All proceeds from the sale of the paintings will be dedicated to help the alumni from the home for children deprived of parental care "Penio and Maria Velkovi" - Veliko Tarnovo.
The exhibition includes 44 works of oil painting and pastel, entirely of spring theme. "The pictures are very colorful and emotional, such as the children and spring. All paintings are made specially for this event" said in an interview with Municipal Radio the author Emilia Nikolova who also is a professor at Bourgas Free University and a Ph.D. in Public Communications and Information Sciences.
